Art Licensing
When someone wants to use his art to show their products or as a display of advertising, you must negotiate with the licensing of the art. They do not have the right to use all they have created without your written permission or in violation of copyright. Make sure your license agreement takes into consideration art future earnings and not allow the client to insist on an exclusive agreement unless its price is high enough to accommodate a future loss of earnings.
